How it works

Application process

Five steps, typically two to three weeks to the first conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Before you apply

Do I need a PhD to become an instructor?
No. Advanced degrees are valued, but we prioritise practical expertise and teaching ability. Industry practitioners with significant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
Can I teach remotely?
Yes. Remote and hybrid teaching options exist for many courses, particularly specialized workshops and executive education programmes.
How much time does it take?
It depends on the engagement model. Adjunct positions typically ask three to six hours a week during teaching semesters; full-time positions are standard academic appointments.
Can I continue my industry work while teaching?
Yes, and we encourage it — it is what keeps the teaching current. Many of our adjunct instructors are active practitioners.
What support is there for curriculum development?
Instructional design support, teaching resources, technical infrastructure, and collaborative curriculum development alongside experienced faculty.
Do you work with international instructors?
Yes. We welcome applications worldwide and accommodate a range of time zones and teaching formats.
